The Bristol Centre is a voluntary association of National Trust members and volunteers. Its aims are to increase members' knowledge and appreciation of all that their National Trust supports, to raise money to support the Trust and to enable members and volunteers to  meet together and enjoy events of common interest.

Members pay a modest annual subscription (£5 single, £8 double). For details of how to join, see the Contact page. There is a set charge for each talk, and visits or social events are costed to provide a small profit to be given to National Trust projects - mainly supporting local properties.

Activities include:

- day outings to National Trust and other             properties
- holidays, to visit properties further afield
- walks, of various lengths, sometimes with a pub lunch or picnic
- social events
- talks (winter only)
